I’m Courtney

I’ve been there — anxious, overwhelmed, doing all the “right” things yet still feeling disconnected from myself and carrying so much pain in my body.
There was a time when I lived mostly in my head, carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs and forgetting the quiet pulse of my own soul.

It wasn’t until I began working with my breath and body that I started to feel like myself again.
Little by little, I learned to listen: to the tension in my shoulders, the flutter in my chest, the places within me that longed to be felt.

This work changed everything.
