I’m Courtney, and I’m so glad you’re here.
My approach to healing is rooted in the body — in the belief that lasting change begins when we slow down enough to listen.
I don’t see healing as something we do to ourselves, but something that unfolds through relationship — with our breath, our body, each other, and the natural world around us.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, anxious, or caught in old patterns of survival, I want you to know there’s nothing “wrong” with you. Your body has been doing its best to keep you safe. Through breathwork, embodiment, and nervous system–based practices, we create space to release what’s been held and rediscover what it means to feel alive, grounded, and at home in yourself.
Together, we work gently — with compassion, curiosity, and trust — to help you reconnect with your body’s own wisdom and capacity for resilience.
This isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about remembering your wholeness, building inner safety, and learning to flow with life again.
My Approach
The Healing Power of Relationship
I believe true healing happens in relationship — not just with others, but with yourself, your body, and the natural world. Each session is a space of presence, curiosity, and compassion where you’re met exactly as you are.
We don’t force change here. Instead, we listen for what’s already wanting to move through. Healing unfolds when we reconnect with what’s alive in the moment — through the body, the breath, and the heart.
Nervous System & Trauma-Informed Care
When life overwhelms us, the body often carries what the mind can’t. Over time, we adapt, suppress, or push through — until those patterns begin to shape how we move through the world.
Our work together invites a gentle reconnection with your body’s signals, sensations, and stories. Through breathwork, somatic awareness, and nervous system education, you’ll learn to listen, regulate, and build new pathways of safety and trust within yourself.
Embodied, Decolonized Healing
So many of us were taught to push, perform, and disconnect from our own needs in order to belong. But disconnection isn’t our natural state — regulation, connection, and joy are.
This work invites you to unlearn the conditioning that keeps you small or in survival, and to reclaim your body, your rhythms, and your inner authority. By practicing presence and self-trust, you begin to return to your own wisdom — and to a more connected way of being with yourself and the world around you.
A Process-Oriented, Non-Judgmental Space
There’s no “right way” to heal. You don’t have to be fixed, figured out, or fully regulated to begin.
Our sessions are not about perfection — they’re about permission. Permission to feel, to pause, to explore what’s real for you in the moment.
Healing happens when we stop striving to be someone else and allow ourselves to be with what is — with gentleness, awareness, and breath.
Exploring Your Inner Landscape
In our time together, we’ll explore what’s happening inside — your sensations, emotions, patterns, and beliefs — and bring curiosity to how they show up in your life.
You’ll learn to recognize your nervous system states, strengthen your capacity for regulation, and begin to move through life with more ease, resilience, and trust in yourself.
We’ll celebrate what’s working, not just what hurts — honoring your body’s wisdom and innate capacity to heal.
Body, Earth, and Collective Healing
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. As we restore relationship with our own bodies, we also restore relationship with the Earth that holds us.
Nature teaches regulation, reciprocity, and rhythm — the same qualities your nervous system is always seeking. Through intentional connection with the elements — water, air, ground, stillness — we remember that we are part of something much larger, and never alone.

About Courtney
I’m a breathwork facilitator, embodiment guide, and nervous system–focused practitioner devoted to helping people remember their wholeness.
I support women and soul-led humans — nurses, healers, creatives, parents, seekers — who are ready to slow down, breathe deeper, and feel at home in themselves again. Together, we explore what it means to live from the body rather than the mind — to regulate, release, and reconnect with your natural rhythm and truth.
I believe we all long to feel deeply connected — to ourselves, to each other, and to the living Earth that holds us. So much of our pain and confusion comes from forgetting that connection — from the ways we’ve been conditioned to separate from our bodies, from our emotions, and from nature.
When we lose touch with that innate belonging, we often experience it as anxiety, disconnection, exhaustion, or mistrust. But when we remember that we are nature — dynamic, cyclical, resilient — something begins to shift. The body softens. The breath deepens. Healing becomes possible.
I trust the body’s wisdom completely. Everything you need to heal already lives within you. My role is simply to help you slow down, listen more deeply, and create space for what’s been waiting to be felt. Through breathwork, somatic awareness, and compassionate presence, we invite the body to unwind old stories, integrate emotion, and return to its natural rhythm of balance and wholeness.
My purpose is to support your healing as part of Earth’s healing — because they are one and the same. When you reconnect with your inner nature, you also remember your place in the greater web of life.
I hold space intuitively, guided by a felt sense of energy, emotion, and pattern. My work meets you where you are — helping you bring light to the unseen, tend to the parts you’ve kept hidden, and walk toward your own truth with compassion and courage.
This is the heart of my work: to help you return home to your body, your breath, and your belonging — to remember that healing is not something you chase, but something you allow.
